Version 1.3 contains no bug fixes (there are no known bugs) and the following new features:
- Synchronization overloads were added for CallbackContext.Bind, to ensure that synchronization is done before validation checking.
- The Timer class was added. The .NET framework just doesn't have enough of them already ;). Seriously, the Nito.Async.Timer is a generic timer that can be used with any SynchronizationContext; it is thereful useful when writing framework-agnostic asynchronous components.
- AsyncTimeoutTimer has been deprecated and will be removed in 2.0; users should migrate to the new Timer class, which is more general and more efficient.
- Publisher policies have been added as a separate download. These allow a seamless upgrade for users who have the Nito Async libraries in their GAC. In future releases, publisher policies will be included in the primary download file.
